ISO 37001 Certification
As briefly described, ISO 37001 is an international standard that was released in 2016 and regulates an Anti-Bribery Management System. As an internationally applicable standard, ISO 37001 seeks to build a global business context with integrity and a business based on ethical values.
Having ISO 37001:2016 certification shows a company’s commitment to anti-bribery actions. In this case, the company strictly demands that every employee and stakeholder carry out a similar commitment.
KFTD Achieves ISO 37001:2016 Certification
KFTD has held a series of activities to implement the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and to obtain ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) Certifications. The activities include the External Audit process held for three days, on June 12-14, 2023, at KFTD Head Office, Budi Utomo No. 1 Jakarta, 10710.
This ISO 37001:2016 certificate was handed over directly by Mr. Sofyah HS as Senior Operation Director of the British Standards Institution (BSI) to Mr. Tomy Faisal as Main Director and Operational Director of KFTD. The handover was conducted on the first day of the KFTD 2.0 National Working Meeting (Rakernas), which was held at the Luminor Hotel Pecenongan, Central Jakarta.
This certification shows that KFTD is ready to support the implementation of the Anti-Bribery Management System. KFTD is also committed to running a company free from bribery practices and supports the implementation of GCG as expected by stakeholders.
Hopefully, by implementing ISO 37001:2016, KFTD can mitigate the risk of bribery much better, avoid bribery practices, and become a company with high integrity.
